Town Of Deep River: Voting By Absentee Ballot In The Municipal Election On November 2, 2021

Pursuant to House Bill 1202 of the June Special Session 2021, COVID-19 may be used as a valid reason for requesting an absentee ballot for the November 2nd Municipal Election.  Applications can be filed with the Town Clerk anytime before the election.  College students are encouraged to apply for an absentee ballot before leaving for school.  NOTE: Parents of college students may NOT sign an application for their child. Doing so may result in fines up to $2,000 by the State Elections Enforcement Commission.  Please click here for information on voting by absentee ballot and to get an application.  The application is also attached below.
