2 Fairfield Schools In Top 10 Of CT Boys High School Lacrosse Poll

FAIRFIELD, CT — Fairfield Prep has risen to the no. 1 spot in boys high school lacrosse in Connecticut in the most recent poll by GameTimeCT, dated May 1.

Prep, which was unanimously voted into the top post, had been in the no. 2 slot the week before, but a victory over then-no. 1 New Canaan moved the Jesuits into first with a 10-1 record. New Canaan (10-2) fell to no. 2, according to GameTimeCT.

Darien (6-5), Ridgefield (8-2) and Staples (7-3) rounded out the top five.

Coming in at no. 10 was Fairfield Ludlowe (6-4), which placed two Fairfield schools in the top 10.
