Fairfield’s second monthly Campus Connect at the downtown Fairfield University Store will feature Mark Sudol, Emmy and Murrow Award-winning journalist and Power & Politics anchor at News12 Connecticut, and Gayle Alberda, PhD, associate professor of politics and director of Fairfield’s Master of Public Administration (MPA) program. With extensive experience as a campaign strategist, Dr. Alberda is an expert in U.S. political behavior, campaigns, and elections. Alongside her academic expertise and experience in the political field, Dr. Alberda has achieved an impressive track record of predicting election outcomes with over 90% accuracy. Quick Center for the Arts will host renowned political commentators Alyssa Farah Griffin and Molly Jong-Fast for a lively exchange about the current electoral climate,just two weeks before Election Day 2024. Alyssa Farah Griffin is an American political strategist and television personality who served as White House director of strategic communications and assistant to former President Trump. Molly Jong-Fast is an American writer, journalist, author, political commentator, and podcaster. She is a special correspondent for Vanity Fair and host of the podcast Fast Politics with Molly Jong-Fast.

Early Voting Site: Fairfield University Media Center | Beginning Oct. 21 Daily from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m., with extended hours on October 29 and 31 from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.
To enhance accessibility to the electoral process, Fairfield’s Media Center on the North Benson campus will serve as an Early Voting site for the Town of Fairfield. Beginning Oct.21, residents of Fairfield will be able to register to vote and cast their ballots on campus.
