Eight homes have been sold in Fairfield this month, the most expensive of which sold for $2.4 million, according to Zillow.com.

FAIRFIELD, CT — According to Zillow.com, eight homes have been sold in Fairfield so far this month.

The home that sold for the most amount of money during that timespan was 212 Coventry Lane on March 1 for $2.4 million.

Of the remaining seven homes, none were sold for $1 million or more.
