
Join us for a restorative/yin yoga trapeze pop-up class and enjoy deep stretching, spinal decompression and relaxation!
Slow movement, targeted stretching and longer holds with the support of the low-hanging yoga trapeze will nourish the body’s connective tissue, otherwise known as fascia, release tension from the muscles and joints and decompress the spine. We’ll start with relaxing breathwork to let your mind unwind and finish with a guided visualization as you float and rest in the hammock. No prior experience necessary.
