Classes Delayed Wednesday At Fairfield Public Schools

FAIRFIELD, CT — Fairfield Public Schools will have a two-hour delayed opening on Wednesday, Feb. 12, due to the inclement weather that swept through Connecticut overnight, district officials announced.

"Due to slippery conditions across many secondary roads in town, Fairfield Public Schools will operate on a 2-hour delay," officials wrote in a statement. "Central Office staff will report at 9:30 a.m."
