Family:
I am married to my wonderful wife for over 24 years we have two children ages 19 and 23. We also have two Bernese Mountain dogs ages 6 and 4 and a cat, a parrot, and chickens.

Previous public office, appointive or elective:
I am running for re-election to the RTM. Prior to that I held the position of Commissioner and Chairman on the Fairfield Historic District Commission

Why are you seeking this office?
I am a big fan of the Town of Fairfield, it has so much to offer its residents. I believe it is a great place to live and raise a family. I think I can help make Fairfield even better and I want to give back and serve the community that has given me and my family so much.

The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it:
Keeping Fairfield affordable for residents at every stage of life. We need a transparent, accountable local government with checks and balances. One Party rule is not healthy and I intend to work hard to ensure that the best interests of the citizens of Fairfield are represented. I will continue to speak out and advocate for all constituents.

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
I am committed to working across Party lines to resolve issues. Fairfield deserves leaders who will listen, collaborate and deliver common-sense results while acting with civility.

What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?
Encourage commercial growth to enhance the tax base. Require our purchasing departments to obtain competitive bids whenever possible to limit wasteful spending. Promote excellent, safe and healthy schools for all students in all districts by working with the and supporting the BOE. Work to maintain local control of Fairfield.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
I am a successful small business owner who must wear many hats throughout my day. It is very important to manage multiple priorities effectively. I am a proven leader in my industry. I handle challenges joyfully by rolling up my sleeves, encouraging team participation to find the best solution and implementing a corrective action.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?
When you are feeling down, surround yourself with friends and loved-ones who's faces light up when you walk in the room.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
I am seeking re-election for the opportunity to continue to give back to the community that has given me so much. If honored with your vote, I will act with civility and do my part to make Fairfield an even better place to call home.
