I am running for the Board of Finance to ensure rigorous, transparent, and fiscally responsible oversight. It is among the most impactful Boards in ensuring that taxpayer dollars are spent wisely, that our budgets reflect both immediate needs and long-term planning, and that residents can trust their local government. I want to bring my professional skills, my commitment to this community, and a fresh perspective to the Board.

The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is regaining confidence in Fairfield’s strong financial footing without placing additional strain on taxpayers. I intend to do that by promoting responsible budgeting, long-term planning, and clear, transparent communication.

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
I believe Fairfield is fortunate to have people who care deeply about our community stepping up to serve. I am focused on what I bring to the table: a commitment to fiscal responsibility, thoughtful decision-making, and transparent communication. My goal is to strengthen Fairfield’s financial future and support the services and values that matter most to our town.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?
A quote: “Choice, not chance, determines your destiny.” It is a reminder that we determine our own paths through the decisions we make every day. We must stay intentional, take ownership of our actions, and pursue goals with purpose and integrity. On the Board of Finance, every choice impacts our town’s schools, services, and stability. Thoughtful, responsible decision-making is key to building a stronger community.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
As a parent with a young family, I will consider not only how decisions impact the town in the coming years but also over the next 20 to 30 years. I am deeply dedicated to ensuring Fairfield remains a vibrant, affordable, and welcoming place both now and for future generations. My focus will always be on thoughtful, responsible stewardship that balances current needs with future opportunities.
