No

Why are you seeking this office?
Hopefully help make some positive change.

The single most pressing issue facing my constituents is ____, and this is what I intend to do about it:
UI mono poles and illegal taking of property. I think Governor Lamont has to step in now. This is pure corporate greed, and the foreign owned parent company of the UI co. It’s all about profits. One of the largest parts of their business is doing huge capital expenditures so they can charge the customers a 14% rate of return on the cost of “upgrades”. I think the more people realize this is more corporate greed than corporate need. Enough is enough we already pay some of the highest rates.

What are the major differences between you and the other candidates seeking this post?
I think I have a lot of real world experience. I’ve been self-employed my entire life and I have a big background of Land use and zoning issues.

What other issues do you intend to address during your campaign?
I think the students living off campus and not being respectful to the neighbors needs to be addressed. I’m also terrified of the speeding cars and and disregard for traffic laws. I also think we need to try to get ahead of the zoning and try to work with developers before we get court ordered to accept buildings that neighborhoods do not want.

What accomplishments in your past would you cite as evidence you can handle this job?
I maintain and run several successful small businesses. I think I understand, fiscal responsibility and the balance between family and work. I think I understand that more money doesn’t fix a problem. We need to look for smarter solutions.

What is the best advice anyone ever gave you?
Pick achievable goals and then get to them no matter the circumstances.

Is there anything else you would like voters to know about yourself and your positions?
I would like to consider myself open minded and always willing to listen to both sides of a debate . I think there is a balance and hopefully I can be helpful in achieving that.
