Date Set For Annual Sidewalk Sale & Street Fair In Fairfield

FAIRFIELD, CT — The annual Fairfield Sidewalk Sale & Street Fair is scheduled for 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on July 19, rain or shine, the town’s Office of Community & Economic Development and the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce announced. The event is held in Fairfield Center and select merchants will offer a preview of sale merchandise beginning on July 17.

Admission for the event is free, and more than 50 Fairfield businesses are expected to participate, setting up stands and offering a variety of merchandise for sale.

Fairfield's Sherman Green will feature activities for children and families, including an inflatable bounce house. This year’s event will again feature live musical entertainment at several multiple venues scattered throughout the downtown. A full event line-up will be unveiled in the next several weeks.
