Elicit Brewing Company In Fairfield Hosts Grand Opening

FAIRFIELD, CT — Elicit Brewing Company hosted its grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony earlier this month at its new location in Fairfield at 111 Black Rock Turnpike.

In addition to the Elicit team, the Sept. 5 event featured Fairfield First Selectman, Bill Gerber; Director of Community & Economic Development, Mark Barnhart; Fairfield Chamber of Commerce President, Beverly Balaz; and state Reps. Cristin McCarthy Vahey and Sarah Keitt.

Emily Sands, Director of Branding at Marketing at Elicit shared that, “The Fairfield community is incredibly tight-knit, supportive, and thriving! When we were first opening, the overwhelming support and welcome we felt was absolutely tremendous.”
