Fairfield Chamber Of Commerce Hosts 'Spring Fling' Event April 25

FAIRFIELD, CT — Spring is here … and the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce is happy to announce that it has scheduled its 22nd Annual Fundraiser and Silent Auction/Wine event, The 2024 Spring Fling, for April 25th at the Burr Mansion/Tent.

Beverly Balaz, President of the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce, states: “This annual fundraiser is held in April each year, to benefit the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce - to help continue its support for the local business community.” The Chamber’s slogan is: Building Relationships, Building Business.

Open to the public, delicious appetizers and light bites will be served throughout the evening by local area restaurants: South Bay; Little Pub; Nordic Fish; Wings Over Fairfield; Quattro Pazzi, plus yummy desserts by Swetckie-doodles, for a night of scrumptious cuisine.

Open bar serving wine, beer and soft drinks will be offered with each ticket purchase, plus a special Rosé Bar, featuring some of the most popular, new Rosé wines, sponsored by Mo’s Wine and Spirits – with chocolate pairings from BE Chocolat. Fifth State Distillery has created a signature cocktail for the event, The Blooming Spring, and will be on hand to share a tasting of their special recipe prepared with Fifth State Gin. Fifth State will also pair specialty vodka with caviar tastings, provided by Nordic Fish.

“Pretty in Pink” and “Handsome in Pink” attendees who wear something pink, can enter their name/business card to win the door prize drawing: an in-studio public relations head shot photo as a prize for our Pretty/Handsome in Pink drawing … value $135 each, kindly donated by Dariusz Terepka Photography.

Lovely and beautiful, this special event will be decorated by its Chamber member, Outdoor Design Living, to create a very special, springlike experience upon entering the tent, and inside by featuring the Rosé Garden. This signature event is always a wonderful time with friends, guests, and colleagues. There will be an abundant variety of silent auction items … something for everyone, including: Golf foursomes at Brooklawn Country Club, new Delamar Spa massage, Car detail package, photography sessions, boutique beauty care (Botox & Facial) & teeth whitening packages, museum and performing arts tickets, marketing and business services, an assortment of fabulous gift baskets and gift cards, Bridgeport Islanders tickets, restaurant gift cards, personal massage, fitness classes, just to name a few!
