Fairfield To Honor Muslim Heritage Month On Friday
First Selectman Bill Gerber will issue a proclamation marking the occasion during a ceremony in the auditorium at Ludlowe Middle School.

FAIRFIELD, CT — First Selectman Bill Gerber announced today that the Town of Fairfield will issue a proclamation recognizing Muslim Heritage Month on Friday, January 31 at 4:00 p.m., and invites all members of the public to join him at the ceremony. The event will be held in the auditorium at Ludlowe Middle School, 689 Unquowa Road in Fairfield.
The proclamation highlights the heritage and contributions of Muslim Americans and the significant role of the Muslim community in Fairfield. The First Selectman will emphasize Fairfield’s commitment to remaining an inclusive and respectful environment where all people can live in peace and safety.
