Fairfield Office Sells For Over $500K; Renovations Planned

FAIRFIELD, CT — An office building in the heart of Fairfield recently sold for over $500,000, and the new owner has big renovation plans for it.

The property is located at 190 Sherman St. and it sold for $507,500, officials from commercial real estate brokerage firm Angel Commercial, LLC said.

"The new owner is completely renovating the building and will occupy it once completed," said Brett A. Sherman, CCIM, the sole broker in the transaction.

Officials from Angel Commercial said they "do not have any additional information about the buyer."

The building is minutes off of I-95 and within walking distance to the Fairfield Train Station, restaurants and other downtown perks.

Information about the seller was not available, though Lapolla Insurance's website says the company has an office at the property.
