Fairfield Welcomes New Restaurant On Black Rock Turnpike

FAIRFIELD, CT — Last week, Taste of Everest, an authentic Nepalese and Indian cuisine restaurant, was welcomed to Fairfield by the town's Office of Community & Economic Development with a ribbon-cutting ceremony announcing its grand opening.

The restaurant is located at 2445 Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield, and last week's event was attended by Fairfield’s Director of Community and Economic Development, Mark Barnhart, President of the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce, Beverly Balaz, State Representative Sarah Keitt, and property owners Dave & Eric Sippin. They joined owner, Bhanu Oli and members of his family, to celebrate the grand opening.

Taste of Everest's food reflects the unending passion for the taste of their country’s rich culinary heritage, according to Oli, whose team prepares the food with authentic ingredients and uses the same methods of preparation his family has for generations.

many great restaurants and businesses we have already been fortunate enough to meet.

forward to growing our customer base and providing the residents with the best
Nepalese and Indian Cuisine in town!”
