Connecticut’s Statewide Trends

Across Connecticut, the seasonally adjusted unemployment rate stayed at 3.4 percent in June, mirroring May's rate. The state’s labor force likewise held steady at 1.953 million. Nonfarm employment, tracked through the Current Employment Statistics, showed a June increase of 3,200 jobs, particularly in health care, education, and hospitality sectors.
