This Thanksgiving season, you and your family can put your heart & hands to rise against hunger with a community that really cares. While long-term food security projects take root, communities facing hunger still need to meet their basic needs today. That’s why First Presbyterian Church of Fairfield is partnering with Rise Against Hunger, an international hunger relief agency, to sponsor and host a meal packing event on Sunday, November 27 from 9:30 AM-12 PM.
Volunteers of all ages have a way to help take a stand against child hunger! Invite your friends, family, neighbors and coworkers to assemble meal packets for distribution to children in need. No experience or religious affiliation required to participate.
