"The investigation identified former employee Dominique Chisenga of Bridgeport as a suspect," Sgt. Jenna Wellington told Patch in a statement. "The business’s surveillance video showed Chisenga entered the workshop area of the garage after being let into the building by another employee. Tools valued at approximately $450 were reported missing. The business also reported that Chisenga had not returned a company-issued credit card when his employment ended. A review of credit card statements revealed several unauthorized purchases made after his employment."

Between February and July of this year, Chisenga allegedly accumulated $7,190.25 worth of unauthorized charges on the credit card, Wellington said. In addition to the $450 worth of tools, the investigation also revealed that Chisenga allegedly stole a Scanner Kit valued at $2,255.
