FAIRFIELD, CT — A "quick-serve restaurant" location, which could also be a "ghost kitchen," is on the market at an undisclosed location in Fairfield for $90,000, according to the listing on Crexi.com.
Details about the food service business were not disclosed, but the listing says the seller is eager to sell.
"The owner is looking to retire, and he is motivated to sell," wrote Sam Galatas, the listing agent. "This is a huge opportunity for growth and expansion."
