The Dodder family's Dogwood Lane home was heavily damaged by a fire Saturday night.
FAIRFIELD, CT — A GoFundMe campaign has been launched to raise funds to help the Dodder family, whose Dogwood Lane home in Fairfield was heavily damaged in a fire Saturday night.
No injuries were reported in the blaze, but the home has been deemed uninhabitable.
"We are reaching out with heavy hearts to share that the Dodder family has experienced a life-altering tragedy," wrote Derek Massey and Brad Molden, who organized the GoFundMe effort. "A devastating fire recently swept through their home, causing severe damage and leaving them with little more than the clothes on their backs. Thankfully, everyone made it out safely, but their lives have been turned upside down.
