Luxury Apartment Complex In Fairfield Sells For $93 Million: Report

FAIRFIELD, CT — The 160-unit Alto Fairfield Metro apartment complex at 1401 Kings Highway in Fairfield recently was sold for $93 million, reported New Haven Biz.

The buyer was Jones Street Investment Partners, a Boston, Massachusetts-based real estate private equity investment company; the seller was 1401 King LLC, which was controlled by Weston-based attorney Stephan Grozinger, according to the publication.

Completed in 2020, the complex rests on 2.33 acres and has residential and retail space. Its 160 units were completely leased by 2021, according to officials.
