New Restaurant Celebrates Opening In Fairfield

FAIRFIELD, CT — Shumi Revolving Sushi celebrated its grand opening in Fairfield with an official ribbon-cutting ceremony last week.

Shumi Revolving Sushi is located at 1838 Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield.

Fairfield First Selectwoman Brenda L. Kupchick, Director of Community and Economic Development Mark Barnhart, President of the Fairfield Chamber of Commerce, Beverly Balaz, and State Representative Sarah Keitt, joined owner, Jailin Liu, to celebrate the grand opening of the restaurant with an official ribbon cutting ceremony on July 25.

Shumi Revolving Sushi features conveyor-belt style service, buffet prices, and online ordering.
