Pequot Library Presents the Funny Side of Serious Elections
Award-winning illustrator Sean Kelly of Southport will present "A Picture is Worth a Thousand Votes" at the Pequot Library.

SOUTHPORT, CT - Pequot Library presents the funny side of serious elections. Sean Kelly, an award-winning illustrator and teacher of visual thinking, explores how simple images and humor have influenced American culture throughout history in his lecture “A Picture is Worth a Thousand Votes: The Power of Symbols in Political Cartoons.”
The reception will be held October 27 at 7:30 p.m. The presentation will begin at 8:00 p.m. Admission is free. Pequot Library, 720 Pequot Avenue, Southport, CT.
