Plans Approved For Former Bank Property In Fairfield: Report
The site previously held a Bank of America location.
FAIRFIELD, CT — Three restaurants are slated to move onto the site of a vacant former bank building in Fairfield, after the Town Plan and Zoning Commission recently approved the plans, the Connecticut Post reported.
The building at 1320 Kings Highway Cutoff previously held a Bank of America branch, and developers plan to tear it down and build a new structure that would reduce its footprint from 5,400 square feet to about 5,100 square feet.
The property, which is near a McDonald's, Chick-fil-A and Duchess, has been vacant for about five years.
