Popular Restaurant Opens New Location In Fairfield
The restaurant, which has two other locations in Connecticut, recently opened in Fairfield.
FAIRFIELD, CT — A popular Spanish restaurant recently opened a new location in Fairfield, according to the Connecticut Post.
The Post reported that Tablao Wine Bar and Restaurant, which also has locations in South Norwalk and Ridgefield, opened last week at 52 Sanford Street in Fairfield.
Tablao Wine Bar & Restaurant is a “taste of Spain featuring an authentic tapas menu, global wine list, and live music,” according to a post on its website.

“Tablao’s high energy fuels the block with its indoor/outdoor dining and active bar scene,” the post reads. “Private dining is offered in the restaurant’s wine room. Sangria, mojitos, and caipirinhas share the stage with Tablao’s extensive wine program which feature such favorite Spanish varietals as tempranillo, verdejo, albariño, and syrah. With over 30 tapas to choose from as well as traditional Spanish dishes, customers rave about the inspired land and sea menu which includes; beef empanadas with garlic aioli; cheese croquettes; hanger steak with green chimichurri; tortilla Espaňola; sautéed shrimp with garlic and guindilla peppers; classic paella, and a mixed grill of seafood or meat.”
The new Fairfield location plans to host live music each week, ranging from flamenco to live bands or DJ sets, according to the Post.
