Post Road Construction Causing Delays in Fairfield

Construction on the Post Road at Sanford Street is causing delays in Fairfield Center.

Access to Sanford Street when traveling eastbound on the Post Road is restricted, according to the Fairfield Police Department. Access to Reef Road when traveling westbound on the Post Road is also restricted.

The construction will continue into the evening. Expect delays or plan an alternate route.
