Videos Show Suspects In Stolen Car Lead Fairfield Police On Chase: PD

FAIRFIELD, CT — Fairfield police released four body cam and vehicle videos from the wild Oct. 3 arrest of two suspects in a stolen car pursuit that left people injured and crossed multiple town lines. Links to the videos are below.
The incident began with an armed carjacking in Bridgeport on Sept. 26, and on Oct. 3 Wilton police spotted the stolen Mazda, which crashed into a police cruiser.
The suspects, Bridgeport residents Dominique Adrian Reid, 26, and Elijah Holloman, 21, eluded authorities in the Mazda that morning until Fairfield police spotted them traveling north on the Merritt Parkway near exit 46.

That resulted in police chasing the two to exit 51, where officers tried to flatten the Mazda's tires, before it turned around and headed back onto the thruway in the wrong direction.
It soon crashed into a vehicle carrying a family of five, who were injured but none seriously, according to Fairfield police.

A Fairfield police K9 was called in to track the suspects, who had jumped out of the wrecked, stolen vehicle and fled on foot.
Holloman was quickly apprehended, and Reid was caught a couple of hours later when he tried to bail out Holloman, according to authorities.
The two were arrested on multiple charges, including larceny of a motor vehicle and interfering with an officer.
