Renovated Property Of CityMD Urgent Care For Sale In Fairfield

FAIRFIELD, CT — The recently renovated location of a CityMD urgent care facility in Fairfield is on the market for $3,913,043, according to a listing on the commercial real estate website Crexi.com.

Measuring 6,568 square feet, the former dental office and nail salon site is located at 320 Kings Highway East, and it is one of more than 180 CityMD facilities in the country.

The urgent care company recently signed a new, 10-year lease to rent the building, paying $18,750 per month, or $225,000 annually. Under the lease agreement, CityMD will pay built-in 10 percent increases every five years.

The building has more than a half-dozen exam rooms, a laboratory for storing blood and urine samples, an X-Ray room, a staff lounge and two offices, in addition to bathrooms, storage and miscellaneous space.
