Bodies Of 2 Missing Fishermen Recovered: Report (UPDATE)
BREAKING: A total of six fishermen were reported missing but authorities were able to rescue four of them.

Update: Authorities have confirmed to WTNH that the bodies of two missing fishermen have been recovered in Fairfield. Coast Guard officials told WTNH that the bodies recovered were of two hispanic men in their mid-20s, the same description authorities had given to the two men who had been swept out to sea.
FAIRFIELD, CT — Authorities are searching for two fishermen who were swept out to sea in Fairfield Saturday morning, according to a WTNH report and authorities.
The Coast Guard was notified by Fairfield Police about six fishermen who went missing near Penfield Reef around 7:45 a.m., the Coast Guard said. A Fairfield Marine Unit was able to rescue four of the men.

The two fishermen still missing are believed to be in their mid-20s. Anyone with information is asked to contact Coast Guard command center at 203-468-4401.
