Section of Black Rock Turnpike to be Paved

The CT Department of Transportation (DOT) will be paving Black Rock Turnpike in Fairfield from Congress Street to Route 136 in Easton.

Work will be done in the overnight hours, 8 p.m. to 5 a.m., beginning May 18. The DOT says the project is expected to be complete by May 28, weather permitting.  Work will be halted for the Memorial Day weekend.
