I have collaborated with Jen for over a decade on Earth Day and sustainability issues. She runs a super popular club at the high school, now called Sustainable Warde, where the students are energized and engaged on how to make the planet a better place.

What does this person teach?

Biology

Why do you believe the teacher should be recognized or honored?

Jen is an infectiously happy person. Her optimism and caring make everyone feel so welcome. The students love her! She makes them feel special and that they can achieve whatever they put their minds and actions to - and they get things done! It works!

What's one thing you want everyone to know about the teacher?

Jen is about helping others do what they want to do and feel good about themselves.
