Two Teens Busted in Underage Drinking Party in Fairfield

Both teens were issued a juvenile summons.

Two teens were arrested in Fairfield on Friday following an underage drinking party on College Park Drive, police said.

A 15-year-old girl was charged with permitting minors to drink alcohol in her home, according to the police report. The girl's parents were out for the evening.

A 17-year-old male was caught running away from the party, according to the report, and was charged with interfering with police. He had been ordered to stop, detained by an office, broke free, and was detained again before being arrested.

Both teens were issued a juvenile summons and are scheduled to appear in court in March. The number of partygoers at the house was not disclosed in the report.
