FAIRFIELD, CT — According to Zillow.com, five residential properties were sold in Fairfield in the past week.

The property that sold for the most amount of money during that timespan was 280 Fair Oak Drive on Feb. 2 for $1.9 million.

In total, three properties were each sold for more than $1 million last week.
