William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty Welcomes Michael Parsell

SOUTHPORT, CT — William Pitt Sotheby’s International Realty today announced that Michael Parsell, a former residential appraisal expert in the Fairfield County real estate market, has joined the company as a sales agent and will be based in the firm’s Southport brokerage.

After 25 years of residential appraisal experience, Parsell maintains an intimate knowledge of individual markets and neighborhoods in Fairfield County. He additionally has an extensive understanding of several aspects of the real estate industry including current trends, waterfront properties and high-end sales. Dealing with agents, mortgage brokers and attorneys throughout the years has allowed Parsell to develop the skills necessary for providing his clients with top representation and service.
