Women Charged with Shoplifting $1,800 in Items from Kohl's
Once suspect was arrested for allegedly stealing $1,749 worth of merchandise and the other for reportedly attempting to leave without paying for a $50 pair of jeans, police said.

Two Bridgeport woman were arrested Wednesday for allegedly shoplifting a combined $1,800 worth of merchandise from Kohl's Department Store, police said.
Sevaria Douglas, 30, of Virginia Avenue, was charged with fourth-degree larceny after she allegedly placed $1,749 worth of merchandise in a shopping cart and walked out of Kohl's without paying, according to the report.

Capresha Still, 29, of the same address, was charged with sixth-degree larceny after she allegedly concealed a $50 pair o jeans in her purse and attempted to leave the store without paying, police said.
Douglas was held in lieu of a $500 bond and Still was transported to the Norwalk Police Department for an outstanding warrant. The women's court date for the larceny charges is March 7.
