• School lunch prices set to rise at select District No. 1 schools (lakevillejournal.com) — Families in Falls Village should prepare for higher school lunch prices starting January 5, 2026, as Regional School District No. 1 raises prices to cover a food service deficit and rising costs. Lunches at Lee H. Kellogg School will go up by 25 cents, while Housatonic Valley Regional High School will see a 50-cent increase, with free and reduced-price options still available.
