Bicyclist, 15, Struck By Vehicle In Granby: Police
The teen was hospitalized after the crash, according to police.
GRANBY, CT — A 15-year-old boy was hospitalized after being struck by a vehicle while riding his bicycle Thursday morning in Granby, according to police.
The accident happened around 8:35 a.m. when the boy crossed Route 10 in the 200 block of Salmon Brook Street and was struck by a vehicle that was heading south, according to Capt. William Tyler.
The bicyclist was taken to Connecticut Children’s Medical Center, according to Tyler.

Tyler said the crash is being investigated, and no charges have been filed.
There was no immediate information on the extent of the boy’s injuries.
