College Milestones Achieved By Students From Granby And East Granby

Clarkson University, Potsdam NY

• Makenna Cassin of West Granby and Owen Danke of Granby were among the students named to the Dean's List for the spring 2024 semester at Clarkson University. Dean's List students must achieve a minimum 3.25 grade-point average and also carry at least 14 credit hours.

James Madison University, Harrisonburg VA

• Julia Redfield of East Granby graduated with a degree in comm sciences & disorders - BS from James Madison University during commencement exercises in May 2024. Redfield was among more than 4,482 students who received undergraduate and graduate degrees.

Lasell University, Newton MA

• Ryan Stone, a Lasell University student from Granby, was named to the Dean's List for academic performance in the spring 2024 semester. To be named to the Dean's List, Lasell students must complete at least 12 credits as a full-time student and achieve a semester GPA of 3.5 or higher.

Nazareth University, Rochester NY

• Nazareth University is proud to announce that Jasmine Ritter of East Granby has been named to the dean's list for the spring 2024 semester. A student's grade point average must be at least 3.5 or above, and they must complete 12 credit hours of graded work that semester in order to be included on the dean's list at Nazareth.

Springfield College, Springfield MA

• Springfield College has named a number of local students to the dean's list for academic excellence for the 2024 spring semester. They are Brianna Cassin, Carter Frith and Jessica Gnesda, all of Granby, and East Granby residents Emily Kelly and Jade Kiang.
