Steven R. Phelon, 62, a longtime plumber who spent his career with several firms and whose passions included cars, drag racing his 1983 Monte Carlo at Lebanon Valley Speedway, and following NASCAR, died Sept. 22, 2025.

Leland E. Mack, 85, a former U.S. Marine and longtime graphic arts printer with Cigna who also bred Skiperkee dogs, raced snowmobiles, restored antique cars, and helped organize Mark’s Auto Parts Car Shows for over two decades, died Sept. 12, 2025.

Audrey Ellen Foster, 87, a devoted grandmother and folk artist who enjoyed painting, refinishing furniture, gardening, and tracing her Huguenot ancestry, died Sept. 4, 2025.
