Oct. 6 Anthony Bussman, 63, of 27 Elizabeth St., Granby, was charged with evading responsibility. Oct. 7 Joseph Dileo III, 28, of 665 West Hill Road, New Hartford, was charged with failure to appear in the first degree. Christopher Stephens, 18, of 124 Old Stagecoach Road, Granby, was charged with possession of less than one half ounce of marijuana (first offense) and possession of drug paraphernalia.
