Sept. 9 Ryan Violette, 20, of 14 Stark Drive, East Granby, was charged with possession of less than one half-ounce of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and use of unauthorized colored or white lights. Sidney Maning, 63, of 138 Paxton Way, Glastonbury, was issued a summons for illegal dumping and charged with operating a motor vehicle when the registration and/or license is refused or suspended.
