The East Granby Farmers Market ended its second season on Wednesday, wrapping up a summer and early fall season of offering local produce, products, food and other wares from farms, bakeries, orchards and artisans in the area.
Lee Sandora, one of the market's volunteer organizers, said that the event went well this year, although the market committee wants more people to attend. It will be considering ideas to get more visitors and other aspects of the market before it begins again in 2013.
"The vendors were happy with the business they did, but foot traffic was lower than our previous year," he said. "Overall it was a success."
