2023 Greenwich Election Voter Guide: Candidates, Polling Places
Here's what you need to know concerning the 2023 Greenwich local elections including the candidates, polling places, voting hours and more.

GREENWICH, CT — On Nov. 7, Greenwich residents will cast their votes for several key municipal positions.
There are candidates on the ballot for first selectman, selectman, town clerk, tax collector, board of estimate & taxation, board of education, board of assessment appeals, constable and the non-partisan Representative Town Meeting.
Polls in Connecticut are open 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. on Election Day. You can use the Secretary of State’s website to find your polling place. Voters who are in line by 8 p.m., will be allowed to vote.

Connecticut also allows for Election Day registration at designated centers in each town. People must be registered by 8 p.m. in order to vote using Election Day registration. To receive your absentee ballot, complete and sign an application and return it to your Town Clerk, or you can request an absentee ballot online.

Tax Collector
The Democratic candidate is Joe Huley.

Board of Estimate and Taxation — vote for up to six
The Democratic candidates are: Stephen Selbst*, Elliot Alchek, David Weisbrod*, Matt DesChamps, Scott Kalb, Leslie Moriarty.*
