4 Roads Partially Blocked As Crews Continue Cleanup In Greenwich: PD

GREENWICH, CT — Crews are still working Friday morning to clear four partially blocked roads in town following this week's stormy weather, however no roads are completely blocked, according to police.

In an email Friday, Deputy Chief Mark Zuccerella thanked Eversource for working hard overnight to clear wires from roads in town.

According to Zuccerella, no roads in town are completely blocked as of 8:15 a.m.

Four roads in town remain partially blocked, however utility companies and town agencies are working hard to clear them, Zuccerella said.

As of Friday morning, Greenwich police have "no other issues or concerns to report regarding the past storm," according to Zuccerella.

"There is still a lot of debris along the sides of the roadways," Zuccerella said in an email. "Please be careful when traveling as workers throughout the town are clearing up the debris."
