70-Year-Old Faces Trespass, Disorderly Conduct Charges
Greenwich Police say the suspect is accused of ignoring warnings to not contact the victim.
A 70-year-old woman surrendered to Greenwich Police who obtained an arrest warrant charging her with first-degree criminal trespass and disorderly conduct.
“After being warned not to go near the subject, she did on several occasions,” said police spokesman, Lt. Kraig Gray. The incidents apparently occurred on Mallard Drive in central Greenwich.
Susan L. Hendrickson, of 3 Ludlow St., Westport, was arrested Nov. 17.

Hendrickson was released on a written promise to appear Nov. 25 in state Superior Court in Stamford.
