'Access Greenwich' Mobile App Service Expanded
The town's Parking Services Department is now available through the app.

GREENWICH, CT - The Access Greenwich mobile app and web portal has been expanded to include the town's Parking Services Department.
The mobile app was launched last August in partnership with software company PublicStuff, with the Department of Parks and Recreation Department and the addition of Parking Services is the first step to adding more town departments, according to an announcement from First Selectman Peter J. Tesei.
Access Greenwich allows residents to submit issues through a web portal or with their smart phones, attach photos, and track the progress of their requests. In addition to town parks, playgrounds, trees, and athletic fields, residents can now also report issues with parking meters and other parking-related service requests, according to the announcement.

“This service provides an additional channel for resident interaction with town departments. With the addition of Parking Services, we continue to expand this service and build on our efforts to provide exceptional customer service to Greenwich residents,” Tesei said in the announcement.
The "Access Greenwich" app can be downloaded to a mobile device via the Apple App Store or Google Play. To submit a request online, visit www.accessgreenwich.org.
