Kids In Crisis invites the community to join us at Wellness Day: Mental Health Awareness on Saturday, January 10, hosted by The Bruce Museum in Greenwich, CT, from 10:00am-5:00pm. This public event brings together a full day of wellness-focused sessions and will feature a range of programs, including therapeutic movement, guided meditation, poetry, film, and conversations centered on mental health. As part of the day, Kids In Crisis will lead a featured session from 2:00-3:30pm titled, “The Digital Gap: Navigating Social Media with Kids at Every Age.” TeenTalk counselors who work in Fairfield County schools, will share real-life insights, practical tips, and tools to help parents and caregivers better understand social media and keep kids at every age of development safe online. Discussion and Q&A to follow the presentation. Everyone is welcome to join. All programs are free with museum admission, and registration for individual sessions is required.
