The Greenwich Historical Society kicks off the construction phase of the visionary $18.5 million Capital Campaign with a celebration at the National Historic Landmark Bush-Holley House campus. First announced to the public in November, the ambitious capital campaign will enable the Historical Society to dramatically transform its campus to provide better access to its facilities and enrich its education and preservation programs for the benefit of generations to come.

The Honorary Capital Campaign leaders United States Senator Richard Blumenthal, Connecticut State Senator Scott Franz and Greenwich First Selectman Peter Tesei and their wives, will be joined by Campaign Chairman Peter Malkin; Representative Livvy Floren; Architect David Scott Parker; Andrew Ashforth, CEO & President, A.P. Construction Co.; Andy Fox, Project Supervisor; Capital Campaign Committee members, including Bruce Dixon, Haley Elmlinger, Barbara MacDonald, and the Historical Society’s Chairman of the Board Davidde Strackbein, Executive Director Debra Mecky and Chairman of the Interior Design Committee John Dixon.

Campaign spokespersons will be available for media interviews following the presentations.
