UPDATE: The one vehicle crash has been cleared on I-95 in Greenwich between exits 2-4 on the northbound side but delays persist on both sides.
GREENWICH - Delays. I-95 Northbound is congested Exit 3 (2.0 miles). Reported Wednesday, March 29 at 7:21 am.
