Donald Trump's Former Greenwich Mansion Sells For $31.5 Million
Former President Donald Trump and his late ex-wife, Ivana Trump, owned the property in the 1980s.
GREENWICH, CT — Donald Trump's former Greenwich mansion has sold for $31.5 million, according to a listing agent for the property.
Located at 21 Vista Drive on 5.8 waterfront acres overlooking Long Island Sound, the 19,786 square-foot Georgian mansion was built in 1939. Trump and his late ex-wife, Ivana Trump, owned the property in the 1980s, and Ivana kept the home after they divorced in 1992, the Wall Street Journal reported.
Rob Johnson, a real estate agent for Brown Harris Stevens Greenwich, said in a post on Instagram that the Trumps bought the home for $4 million in 1982.

The Steinberg family then purchased the home for $15 million in 1998, and it underwent a remodeling and expansion in 2000, the WSJ added.
The property has been listed for sale throughout the years, with the asking price as high as $54 million in 2014, a listing for the property on Zillow says.

There are 11 bedrooms, 18 bathrooms, indoor and outdoor pools, a tennis court, and a home theater, according to Johnson.
It's unclear who the buyers of the home are.
